  • Employee licences: Each user requires a licence, with a minimum duration of three months, and a recommended duration of six months to facilitate meaningful change and lasting impact.
  • Easy onboarding: Once users are identified they will receive an email with instructions for creating an account, and a how-to-guide for downloading our platform for quick and convenient mobile access.
  • Immediate access to resources: Employees gain 24/7 access to our full library of resources, tools, and exercises, relating to each of the 8 scientifically validated well-being factors in our model. Empowering them to build resilience and manage their well-being on their terms. All our resources are audio narrated, so they can listen on-the-go.
  • Comprehensive well-being assessment: Once onboarded, employees are asked to complete the Intogreat well-being assessment. The confidential assessment report informs the users personal development roadmap and provides valuable well-being insights for individuals. When these scores are aggregated for the organisation, they are included in the business report as identified well-being hotspots.
  • Real-time organisational insights: You'll gain access to an anonymised, real-time view of your organisation’s well-being, helping you track trends and identify areas for focus.
