How long does a coaching session last?

Your coaching journey begins with a 2-hour discovery session, where you and your coach delve deep into your goals, values, and aspirations. This personalised session sets the foundation for your journey and can be tailored to fit your schedule. Following the discovery session, each subsequent coaching session lasts 1 hour and will be focused on moving you towards your desired outcomes.

Can I switch coaches if I feel the need?

Finding the right coach is crucial for your success, which is why we offer free 15-minute consultations with our coaches to ensure compatibility before committing to an ongoing coaching relationship. We understand that sometimes a coaching relationship doesn’t work out. If you find that your coach isn't the perfect fit, we encourage open dialogue with your coach to address any concerns and explore possible solutions. If you reach the point where an ongoing relationship isn’t possible, your coach will work with you to find an alternative coach from our diverse network.

How do I book a coaching session?

How often should I schedule coaching sessions?

The frequency of your coaching sessions is entirely based on your preferences and availability. We generally recommend scheduling sessions every 2-4 weeks, as it allows ample time for reflection, integration, and implementation of the insights discussed during your session.

Will the details of my coaching session be shared with anyone other than my coach?

We respect your privacy and any personal or business information shared by you in individual or group coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. No information will be disclosed to a third party without your prior permission, except where required by law. All written or documented information will be securely stored and kept for that purpose it was provided in line with the UK Data Act 2018.

What is your cancellation policy?

We value your commitment to personal growth and our coaching process. For individual sessions, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a no-show charge equivalent to the full session fee. For coaching packages, we offer flexibility and understanding. You can cancel at any time by reaching out to us at support@intogreat.net, and we will gladly refund any unused balance prorated against the sessions you've had.
