I have been coaching mid and senior level executives in non for profits, startups and large corporates in Africa, Europe, Latin America, the UK and the US for the past 7 years.
My coaching style is rooted in the belief that all individuals have the ability and internal resources required to unlock authentic leadership, access greater career pathways and find professional satisfaction. I use various mindfulness, creative and psychological tools to enable my clients work through obstacles and patterns that may block or stagnate professional growth or hinder success.
