In this one- hour workshop led by Micheline Ntiru, we will learn about the importance of learning to adapt to changes at the individual level, or/and in our workplace or/ and communities.
In this workshop you learn about, the psychology of change and how change manifests in our lives. You will receive practical tools that enable you to better embrace change, manage resistance and become more agile. As a result, you will be equipped with ways to adopt a growth and learning mindset during times of change.
By sharing our lived experience, we realise that we are not alone. Many of us will relate to each other, and in so doing, find connections with each other. This enables us to learn from, and grow with, each other.
You will leave this workshop with a new outlook on change. It is no longer a hindrance to progress or a negative occurrence but rather an opportunity for growth and development. In addition, you will leave more confident with your ability to navigate change going forward.
