Our workshops are a safe space for you to learn and grow at your own pace. We respect and honour your comfort level, and encourage you to participate in a way that feels authentic to you. All we ask is that you bring an open mind and a willingness to learn.

Accessible and Affordable

Our workshops are donation-based and purposefully intended to be budget-friendly. We understand that everyone has different accessibility needs, which is why we offer closed captioning on all of our online workshops and can provide a sign language interpreter upon request.

What is the format of the workshops?

Our workshops are designed to be interactive, engaging and accessible with most being held online. We do offer a range of in-person workshops, so please check the workshop details before booking your slot. We strive to make our workshops impactful with plenty of opportunities for learning, growth, and connection. All of our workshops follow a structured format so you can expect guided visualisations, meditations, group discussions, breakout sessions and takeaway reflections. To learn more, check out our blog

Who will be leading the workshops?

Our workshops are led by our experienced coaches and expert partners from a variety of industries and backgrounds, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives and insights. We are proud to have a diverse and global team of facilitators who are highly skilled and passionate about helping you achieve personal and professional greatness.

Will the workshop be recorded for later viewing?

To respect the privacy of participants, we do not record our workshops. We believe that the workshop experience is best enjoyed in the moment, allowing participants to fully engage and interact with the material and each other. We understand that this type of work requires vulnerability and our aim is to create a private and welcoming space where participants can fully engage in the learning process and feel safe to express themselves authentically.

Is there any pre-work or preparation required before attending a workshop?

Every learning journey is unique, so some workshops may require pre-work. This will be clearly communicated in the workshop details. We encourage participants to take the time to complete any pre-work in order to get the most out of the workshop experience. Our coaches are always available to provide support and guidance if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes arise, affecting your ability to attend a workshop. To ensure fairness and respect for all participants and facilitators, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your attendance. We are unable to issue a refund in circumstances where there is a failure to cancel or a no-show within this period. For more detailed information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

What technology or equipment is needed to participate in a workshop?

To fully participate in our online workshops, you will need a smartphone, laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone. Please make sure you are in a quiet environment where you can focus without interruption. We also recommend having a pen and paper handy to take notes.

Summary

We should be our number one ambassadors and cheerleaders, with only good things to say to ourselves about ourselves. But alas, we tend to do the opposite. There are little (but loud) voices inside many of us us that limit us from believing that we can achieve something or have us believe that we are somehow lesser than. This one-hour workshop by Nicola O'Donoghue will focus on identifying and addressing those limiting beliefs.

What to Expect

In this workshop you will learn a bit more about why most of us engage in self-sabotage, often subconsciously. You will practice how to identify these limiting beliefs and discuss the impact of these beliefs. In addition, you will be equipped with ways to engage in more positive thinking and use affirmations to diminish or counter our limiting beliefs. Through guided discussions and role plays, you will be able to improve our confidence and self-esteem and get closer to achieving our full potential.

Community Connection

By sharing our lived experience, we realise that we are not alone. Many of us will relate to each other, and in so doing, find connections with each other. This enables us to learn from, and grow with, each other.

Takeaways

By the end of this workshop, you will understand your own limiting beliefs and why they exist. Further, you will feel more confident with new positive ways of ‘self talk’ that counter the self-sabotage.
