We strive to make our workshops impactful with plenty of opportunities for learning, growth, and connection. To respect the privacy of participants, we do not record our workshops. We believe that the workshop experience is best enjoyed in the moment, allowing participants to fully engage and interact with the material and each other. We understand that this type of work requires vulnerability and our aim is to create a private and welcoming space where participants can fully engage in the learning process and feel safe to express themselves authentically.
Every learning journey is unique, so some workshops may require pre-work. This will be clearly communicated in the workshop details. We encourage participants to take the time to complete any pre-work in order to get the most out of the workshop experience. Our coaches are always available to provide support and guidance if needed.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes arise, affecting your ability to attend a workshop. To ensure fairness and respect for all participants and facilitators, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your attendance. To fully participate in our online workshops, you will need a smartphone, laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone. In this one- hour workshop led by Nicola O'Donoghue, we will learn about the importance of learning to adapt to changes at the individual level, or/and in our workplace or/ and communities.

We should be our number one ambassadors and cheerleaders, with only good things to say to ourselves about ourselves. But alas, we tend to do the opposite. There are little (but loud) voices inside many of us us that limit us from believing that we can achieve something or have us believe that we are somehow lesser than. This one-hour workshop by Nicola O'Donoghue will focus on identifying and addressing those limiting beliefs.
In this workshop you will learn a bit more about why most of us engage in self-sabotage, often subconsciously. You will practice how to identify these limiting beliefs and discuss the impact of these beliefs. In addition, you will be equipped with ways to engage in more positive thinking and use affirmations to diminish or counter our limiting beliefs. Through guided discussions and role plays, you will be able to improve our confidence and self-esteem and get closer to achieving our full potential.
